Retainer Information


Campbell & Associates PC offers free one-hour consultations for anyone who is interested in retaining legal counsel. At Campbell & Associates PC we believe that confidentiality is of primary importance. All client matters are held in strict confidence.

Before a client can retain counsel, a retainer is required. Usual retainer fees vary from $1000 to $5000, and are determined by the type of counsel needed. Unused funds are returned to the client after a settlement is reached in their case. Campbell & Associates PC’s clients are billed by the hour - attorneys are available for $300 per hour, and paralegals services are available for $150 per hour.
